New Supanews store opens in Grand Central Shopping Centre Toowoomba

Supanews Retail proudly unveiled its new Toowoomba Grand Central store last week, adding yet another easy-to-shop store to the network. The 208sqm store offers an extensive range of cards, magazines, stationery and gifts and has already received strong customer feedback from the loyal customer base in Toowoomba. Supanews Grand Central is yet another example of how Supanews has become Australia’s most professional and successful newsagency chain.

With further store openings already in the pipeline, Supanews Retail Managing Director Adrian Gaskin believes the success of the network is solely due to ensuring that the focus is on the customer at all times, from store design and layout to product range and customer service. Using the motto, “the customer comes first, second and third”, the simple yet effective strategy continues to deliver value to customers, supply partners and franchisees.

Supanews has stores in Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Victoria, a far cry from its humble, single-store origins in 1992. With no sign of slowing down, the business aims to operate 100 stores nationwide within the next few years.

The strength of the network and its continued focus on sustainable growth make Supanews stores an attractive franchise opportunity. By offering a comprehensive business model that provides support in every aspect of running a newsagency, Supanews ensures the transition is comfortable and sustainable. Despite tough times, Supanews continues to grow and welcome more franchisees into the network, demonstrating the wide recognition of the strength of the Supanews brand and business model.

Supanews Retail is currently looking for new store opportunities and potential franchisees interested in a change in career.
