Ongoing Development


Supanews provides its franchisees with ongoing support & development in training, operations, marketing and financial management through dedicated Business Development Managers.  Their role is to visit stores regularly and assist and guide franchisees, one on one, in all areas of the business.  Business Development Managers visit stores once every two weeks (visits are more frequent at the commencement of a new franchise).  The Business Development Manager is a mentor and their goal is to help franchisees maximise their business success.

Supanews believes that one of the keys to be being a great retailer is to strive for continual improvement and development.  In the same way franchisees are encouraged to constantly develop their skills and business acumen.  To assist in this ongoing development Franchisees will have access to:

  • Quarterly state meetings
  • Weekly newsletters
  • A dedicated intranet via the Supanews Website that includes a resource library system and franchisee forum
  • Group Sales Reports and KPI Benchmarking 


Supanews also provides its franchisee with access to ongoing state workshops to improve their knowledge and skill base in various areas of the business such as merchandising, cash flow management and staff recruiting.
