Fee Structure

Franchise Fee
The Initial Franchise Fee of $50,000 is currently being waived for all new franchisees entering into the Supanews franchise system.

Royalty
The Supanews royalty reflects the diverse products mix on offer within the franchise, with 6% charged on general product sales and 1% paid on commission sales (lotto, instant scratch tickets, transport tickets, phonecards).


Marketing Levy
There is a 0.5% marketing levy on general sales to promote national brand awareness as well as to fund detailed local area marketing strategies.


Rebates
Supanews receives significant rebates from its suppliers which are passed on directly to the franchisees.  Supanews takes no portion of these rebates and they are paid monthly in arrears to offset royalties collected.
