Our Business

Supanews is a multi category retailer with stores across Queensland, New South Wales, the ACT and Victoria. We are a specialist retailer of magazines, greeting cards, gifts and stationery. In support of our specialist categories Supanews offers books, confectionery, drinks, telecommunications, cigarettes and general merchandise from our retail footprint.  With our roots in the traditional newsagency business, our lottery offer remains a core category for all our stores and drives substantial foot traffic from a wide demographic.

Supanews stores are located across a diverse mix of locations. We have stores in prime locations including transit, CBD and premium shopping malls.

Our store footprint ranges from 280 square metres to 16 square metre CBD kiosks. Our average store size is 180 square metres with wide frontage for maximum exposure to passing trade.  All Supanews outlets are corporately branded and standardised as much as possible to a coporate design layout.  Categories are planogrammed from Head Office and executed in store.

The store network consists of both corporate-owned and franchised sites. Uniquely for our industry, all stores remain compliant and consistent in their offer, layout, branding and design.
